1. IGV exemption for foreigners: Foreigners with less than 90 days in national territory are exempt from the General Sales Tax (IGV). The presentation of the passport and the entry card to the country will be required at the time of check-in to apply this exemption.
2. No returns are made: No returns will be made under any circumstances. However, date changes are allowed with rate adjustments based on season and availability.
3. Reservation Confirmation: To guarantee your reservation, payment of 50% of the total rate is required within 48 hours from the date the reservation is made. The reservation will be considered confirmed once the payment has been received.
4. Responsibility for damages and accidents: The Punta Negritos ecolodge is not responsible for damages or accidents that occur inside or outside the facilities. Guests are advised to purchase adequate travel insurance to cover any eventualities.
5. Towing service included: Towing service is included only in the all-inclusive package. If guests wish to use this service outside of the package, an additional fee will apply.
6. Minimum reservation period: Reservation is required with a minimum period of 48 hours before the arrival date. Reservations made within this period are subject to availability.
7. Check-in and check-out hours: Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is until 12:00 p.m. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and at an additional charge.
